Q - “How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?”
A – Items are rush shipped within 1-2 business days from our Colorado warehouse using fast & tracked shipping with USPS. Depending on the products ordered, however, most should arrive within 7-10 business days. In the event an item you have ordered is on backorder you will be notified via the email address you registered during checkout.
We also supply you with tracking information in an e-mail once your products ship. You can always track your package using that number. If it has been well over a week and you still haven't received your shipment, you should check the tracking number first. If the tracking number does not show a tracking update or show as delivered or you think there is a delivery issue please reach out to us at https://geardealclub.com/help within 60 days of your order.
Q – “What is my tracking number and where’s my order?”
A – Tracking is made available by USPS and will be emailed to the same email address you registered during checkout within 7 - 10 days after your initial order. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking information after 10 days by contacting support here.
We do our best to ship every item with care. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Q – “Can I change my order or shipping details after the order has been processed?”
A - We do our best to make and keep our customers happy by getting orders in their hands as fast as possible.
Our fulfillment department is very fast and usually gets your product over to the shipping department within a few hours after your order has been placed.
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within a 2 - 3 hours of placing your order.
We will try our best but can't guarantee your order hasn't already been shipped.

Q – “Can I cancel my order?”
A - We do our best to make and keep our customers happy by getting orders in their hands as fast as possible. Our fulfillment department is very fast and usually gets your product over to the shipping department within a few hours after your order has been placed. You must contact us within 2 - 3 hours as most orders are shipped the same day they are ordered. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. A – You can instantly & automatically cancel your recurring membership at any time, no questions asked by contacting support here.

A – You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: If you ordered a free product with just shipping and handling charges, the shipping and handing charges are not refundable. Simply mail your item to the address below while including a printed paper containing the following information to better help us find your order in our system and process your request:
